Tone Amps is a family business that builds reproductions of the amplifiers you have come to know and love - each made with painstaking attention to detail and authenticity.

We also specialize in designing and building custom tube amplifiers to suit your particular needs.

There is never a charge for minor to moderate design work and we will personally work with you one on one to design the amplifier of your dreams.

We also service and repair all makes and models of tube amplifiers.

Our parts stock consists of over 15,000 replacement and repair parts including many NOS and “era correct” parts. We stock over 5,000 NOS and current production tubes.

Tone Amps was founded by its owner, Will Roemermann. His passion for tube circuitry began in the 1970's as an Amateur Radio Operator and musician. This naturally

led to an interest in the great guitar amplifiers of that era. Will quickly became the “go-to guy” for local Los Angeles musicians in need of amplifier repair and

service, providing him with real hands-on experience

with the amplifiers that have now become our modern

day legends.

Tone Amps sells custom original design guitar amplifiers, reproduction amplifiers, amplifier parts and provides amplifier service, modifications and repair. Our Engineers will work with you to design the amplifier of your dreams.

We are also an Authorized Technical and Repair Center for CeriaTone Amplification and provide sales of their amplifier parts and kits as well as technical assistance and support for their entire product line.

Tone Amps provides its customers with knowledgeable, quality amplifier repair, sales and service. Additionally, we constantly strive to create new and innovative tube amplifier designs utilizing time-tested foundational design practices blended with new approaches to the application of vintage technology.
